DECREE
Of Appointment of Commission to Administer the «Diploma Course of Studies in Canonical Marriage Cases Jurisprudence and Procedure»
After the foundation of «The Diploma Course of Studies in Canonical Marriage Cases Jurisprudence and Procedure» through the Decree of this Episcopal Conference of the 21st June 1993;
Since in the terms of article 3 of the Statute it is necessary to appoint a Director and two other members of the Commission who are to take care of the running of this Course of Studies;
After having carefully considered the characteristics required in persons who are to be appointed to such an office and after having asked for the consent of His Lordship the Bishop of Gozo, I hereby appoint as Director of this Course of Studies the Very Reverend Monsignor Joseph Bajada, M.S.Th., J.C.D. (Juris.) and Reverend Father Paul Carmel Vella, S.Th.L., J.C.L., and Reverend Father Angelo Grech S.Th. Dip., J.C.L , as members of the Commission.
I also appoint Mrs. Mary Rose Cassar as Secretary of the Commission.
